This three-month training programme is designed to supply you with everything that you need to prepare you for working in the HR sector. Then, once the programme is completed, you will receive an accredited certification and a three-month remote human resources work experience placement.

Human Resources Work Experience

Every single candidate will receive a guaranteed 12-week HR work experience placement. Through our human resources programme, you will gain real, applicable experience, and demonstrate that you have the skills required to be successful in the field.

The duties that you will be expected to carry out during this human resources placement include;

  • recruiting, training and developing staff
  • making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • pensions and benefits administration
  • approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • organising staff training sessions and activities
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
  • ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

 

 

Duration

Online Training period: 4-12 weeks (this can be extended, if required*)

Assessment: To pass the course, learners will be required to successfully pass an online MCQ examination.

When can you start? Once you apply, we will select the best candidates to take part in the course. The training takes place online. Once your training modules have been successfully completed, you can then start the remote job placement.
